So I bought 91 awd for parts and a 90 awd to build as my new DD as I sold my STI after once again getting bit by that dam DSM bug. Here's what I've done so far.... Keep in mind this is just a basic "keep it simple build" The 91 and 90 both came with very low km engines so they have zero lifter tick and great compression (so spare engine to build for me!) stripped down to the block and all gaskets/seals replaced as well as cleaned and painted (black of course) AC/EGR/etc. all eliminated Tubular Exhaust manifold Mint 14b ported (it was almost new, zero shaft play) Fidenza flywheel South bend clutch Stainless steel clutch line Oem clutch slave extender rod Manual boost controller Hacked 1G maf with cut canister (k&n filter) New plugs New magnacore 8.5mm wires New starter New alternator New o2 sensor New knock sensor HKS turbo timer Autometer mech. boost gauge avid racing tuner series engine mounts New oem rad (both cars came with new rads and hoses) Kept the oil cooler but cleaned it up relocated the overflow to where the stock ic piping used to be Punishment racing FMIC..big PITA to install (went through 2 cut off discs to hack out the bumper and sides where the fogs used to be, also had to trim the oem fan housing for the j-pipe. KYB AGX adjustable struts with Tein lowering springs stainless steel brake lines all around New brakes/rotors Walbro 255lph pump New fuel filter Full 3" downpipe/exhuast with high flow cat and HKS muffler Switched out the 90 ecu for the 91 swapped the cas aswell I reset the idle and the car idles perfect and sounds nice. I hope to have it out withen the next week or so depending on work. I took one of my 4 sets of stock swirls and sanded them down and painted them a light silver, new tires too (I love the stock look) Still more to do but I'm getting close. I'll post up more pics after this weekend so you can see what the rest of the car looks like. A very well kept 90 with next to zero rust and a clean interior

Any pictures of what you did to get the gauge in there?
