Still can't break the pieces of the original off the thread's that were there originally. So instead of drilling some more and re-tapping (and a chance of leakage in the future), I'm looking to replace it. Mike are you going to be in the area any time, or would I be shipping them? I don't mind trading you for the starters. And just out of curiosity, how is the BISS screw on the throttle body? (1g Turbo)
