Overkill Dio. I'd probably try a Southbend SSX pressure plate over an ACT2900/3200 anyday.
If it were me the most I'd go is 2600pp/6 puck sprung which should hold everything you throw at it. That is if you really want to go the ACT route.
Personally I am using the Southbend SS 2300lb PP with their 6 puck ceramic sprung disk. This has held everything I have thrown at it so far, over 600 WHP and 550 ft/lbs of torque. I am all about using the least amount of clutch as possible now. My car is soo much more fun to drive with an OEM like clutch feel and all the boost I can throw at it. My driving style is pretty easy now too, and I have yet to blow a MC or slave since I went to a lighter PP. I don't launch the car unless it is at the track and on the street only do roll ons. I am pretty happy with a lighter PP now.
Also I'd consider a twin/triple disk over an ACT3200 anyday.

My car is soo much more fun to drive with an OEM like clutch feel and all the boost I can throw at it. x2 I love the Southbend in my car. Much more enjoyable to drive than any ACT single disk car I've owned or driven. Brand new disk and PP, brand new lightened flywheel, brand new OEM master and slave as well as clutch line, brand new pivot ball/fork/TOB (all OEM) on a freshly rebuilt transmission. Best shifting DSM I have ever driven. Nothing but smiles.
