First day I won ECMlink V3 in my choice of 1g or 2g for 2-20$ spots...I have also bought on a few more that are still open. I have NOTHING to do with this page!!, just wanted everyone to have the chance at some good stuff! Canadians have to pay there own shipping BTW

Technically, yes. This is gambling and you do need a license. Then again, all of my experience is performing such a raffle in a licensed establishment, of which you need to acquire a license. So it might be totally legal to do this out of your basement.

Doesn't surprise me. It's a "way" of getting around betting. If it's a donation it's technically not gambling. Still iffy in my books.
