Bryan I think that's just the phone number for the domain registrar. The Whois indicates they have contact privacy enabled. I recognize that address is for Tucows / OpenSRS.

So Frederic you can try that number but I don't think it's for torontoturbo.com (whoever that is, never heard of them). Try a few more emails and if they don't reply open a "chargeback" dispute with your credit card company. Good luck!

By the way, check your email "Spam" folder to make sure they didn't end up in there

Oh ok, I thought contact privacy was some kind of company they owned too, was not aware it was actually a think to block that stuff.

I bought silicone couplers and a slim rad fan. Parts came within the week.
