In the meantime i ordered a donor panel from Miller imports in the states.

Now that the subframe is off along with all the front suspension i was looking to find someone who can come to my home and cut out and weld in the donor piece

You have a flappy disk? I would clean that area and cut out the the old piece and trim your new piece so it's ready to go in!! That way it will be a quick job. I might be able to make some time for you, but I will only be flux cause my bottle is massive so hopefully someone with a small bottle can come help you as that would be a lot cleaner.
