Im going to get a centerforce dual friction clutch and I have a question as to what t.o. bearing I should get. I believe it is recommended to get the Mitsu plastic oem one but the guy that I'm getting my clutch from is selling a new ACT t.o. bearing that is plastic and he says works well. Should I get the ACT one or stick with the Mitsu?

The ACT plastic one is probably a mitsu oen anyways. Get which ever one costs less. They are both going to do the same thing.

OEM Mitsu. Most people with ACT clutches do not use the ACT T.O bearing. Something about their design which doesn't keep the grease on the shaft for long, making it hard on the left foot.

I believe the older ACT bearings had a metal sleeve, and the newer ones have a plastic sleeve like the Mitsu one. If the bearing doesn't come with the clutch, and you have to buy it separate, might as well get the Mitsu one, though, then you CAN'T go wrong. The Mitsu one is only $30., the ACT can't be much cheaper.
