My new restaurant is scheduled to be open in about 3 weeks from today. It's a Mexicali Rosa's franchise and will be located in Ottawa at 1800 Bank St. There's plenty of parking so we can have some meets there next year if you Ottawa guys like.

It's at the intersection of Bank and Alta Vista. Does that area sound familiar? It's where Rick's Cantina was.

I was at B&A once as it was called at the time. It was a miniature Woodbine and 16th that night.

We have one here in Burlington... me and my girlfriend went there last week. Damb good food!

They're called Hernando's Hideaway in Toronto. I think that there's 2 of them if I recall correctly. The rest of them are spread out mostly over Quebec and Ontario.

That sounds very cool...a great investment. In London we had two Mexi's, we still have one and I frequent it...it's a sweet spot in the summer for a first date, magaritias usually make things go smoothly . Anyway, visiting friends and family near the end of January and I was wondering where exactly it is on Bank (My Dad lives near Bank and 5th Ave.), I'm thinking closer to downtown? Let me know and I will come check it out while I'm there.
