All the Intercooler pipes are done. They will be there around 10-11am. Along with a RACE FMIC kit 1g car we did. The polisher will be there as well if anybody needs to ask questions about polishing or if they need any work done. Donny the fab wizzard (really) will be there handing them out..and again, if you need something done that you think or have been told is impossible ask him.
We can do more FMIC set-ups as we already have the jigs for 1gs and can do 2gs.
This was the large street imports unit we used.
Also going to be debuting 6-point roll-bars and 12-point roll-cages over winter months.

You guys are gonna **** your pants when you see these. We even polished the flanges and the pipes were 3 stage polished. I'll say now you can modify your existing BOV recirc hose for these uppers with a stock rubber intake and with our 3" intake. If you bought a set i recommend making sure your stock IC hoses are going to come off w/o taking the outlets off the intercooler. Do it now so you can install these tommorow afternoon.

Jesse,

Just to repeat the 2 posts above...

The meet is at 12 noon, not 10-11. Let Don know.

Will Mike be getting his couplings?

Are we happy? If your having a hard time getting them on remember to put the lowest coupler on the lower pipes first, tighten the lower T-bolt. Use the 2.5" part for play. Upper do the elbow first but leave the bolts loose, then put the IC trans on and work the 2.5" coupler over the stress cut.
Let me know if theres any issues.
Jesse

No issues with the workmanship. The 'real' fabricators (not you) did some incredible work. Both of them (not you) are extremely generous and honest. I will write more about this in a good guy review for them (not you) shortly.

There are still some issues though, that are unrelated to the quality or fitment of the pipes. They are regarding what you did with the money we sent you and the real reason these pipes took so long.

The only thing "I" didnt do was weld them. If it wasnt for "me" they would still be sitting on a shop floor somewhere. "I" worked 14 hours along with don to get them done. "I" ran on the polisher(buffed them ((stage 2)), "I" pre-fitted each and evry one on my car "I" bored the holes for the bov, "I" cut each set, "I" angled the elbows in the flanges as the elbows were nowhere near 90 degrees from the bender.
"Your" wrong (for the 53453th time)..enjoy "my" pipes smile
Again, Like I stated 400 times before, these costed $3600.00 to produce, I got about $2680 from you guys, that was problem #1. Problem #2 The silicone that I paid for and he didnt even have made yet. Problem #3 I quit my job at MBRP because I donr beleive in slave labour (Don quit too) Problem #4 I got as far as, silicone, pipe and bending on the GB money but the intake pipes, polishing and flanges came from Dons and my pocket. I think I spent 100 dollars. Then later put it back seeing that financially things werent going to line up.
It took a long time because we're lazy. Now go have fun with what you paid for and let this old dog of a topic die.

Hey Jesse

I have to ask you another question. did you design these pipes yourself ?

if you're caught doing 140kmh in a 100 zone = a few points
150kmh in a 100 zone, you'll be arrested.
350kmh in a 100 zone, you'll be shot. On the side of the road. Like a rabid dog...

Mitsubishi did. stright from the stockers. Just put the BOV on the bottom so its closer to Intake. Recirc line is 3.5" long. Like that the BOV is about 3-5 times louder than stock.

Then why didnt you place lips/beads at the end of each pipe to stop connections from popping off under boost ? Everyone else that makes them puts them in ! You know you should really do your home-work before selling nice looking copied pipes.

It's too bad your such an asshole to deal with. Oh wait a minute! your just the a$$hole that takes the money from members and spends all and not pay the real people doing the real work. How about paying the money oweing to them that made the pipes and did the polishing ? their out atleast $1000 out of their own pocket.

Didnt you try this stunt in K-town with another club a while back ?

I think you should get everything straighten out first before trying to sell anything on here again.

Oh and btw: how come you didn't show your face at the meet ? you like to act tough on this UBB, your old partners that really did most of (if not all) the work drove down and we were nice to them. Where you afraid of getting hounded back to Huntsville Jesse ? bird

oh and just one more thing, jesse

Fvck off A$$hole

Come up here and say this **** to my face..We'll see who gets knocked the **** out.

Hey Jesse

Keep dreaming buddy, a few members of this club were there that day I spinnng all four tires till the top of third to do that mph (in Stewies voice "umm... BITCH!"). And I know, you wished you had the balls that I have. Even the polisher guy said you wouldnt come down here because you were afraid. With a mouth like that behind your KB, your all talk, coming from a boy like yourself all the way up in Huntsville. bird

Ummm....actually I chose not to go for several reasons, #1 Being I had to help my Buddy pin logs in his new log home he's building. Derrick and Donny are good buddies of mine and they're jokers too. They read this and knew i was lipping off and laughed. I have no desire at all to meet any pig headed, mid life crisis old men, much like yourself.
For being 30 you sound DAMN Imature and your probobly alone in your moms basement.
My boys went down there to generate more business for themselves. I, on the other hand have "been there and done that" with this site and soon will no longer post nor would I try to sell anything to you cheap bastids ever again.

Look at now, those pipes are PERFECT and your trying to nit-pick them, Andrew, Get a ****en life you LOSER. (BTW on-lookers, this clown didnt even buy anything)
Now carry on with sean Andrew... :blowj0b:

Jesse, most of your comments aren't worth responding to except for your pipe beading comment. Here is a quote from Road Race Engineering: "You need some kind of bead at the end of an intercooler pipe to keep the hoses from blowing off while making good boost. Many guys will spend big bucks buying T-bolt clamps and doubling up clamps trying to keep hoses on pipes with no beads. With out a bead you don't have much of a chance." - http://www.roadraceengineering.com/eclipsetech/icpipebead.htm

This only applies to those "making good boost", so that's why Jesse hasn't encountered problems. There is also some beading solutions in the link I just gave for those (not Jesse) running a lot of boost.

NOBODY on this board will pop a coupler. RRE is talking about FMIC kits and 35psi. And even then you spray hair spray on the pipe and slip the coupler on it. Your a retard. Keep diggin holes.

rotflmao rotflmao rotflmao

At a coupled 90deg bend, 2.5" tubing with 35psi will have 172 lbs of force trying to separate it. Not to mention the air forcing itself between the silicone and the outer circumference of the tube (past the almighty hairspray).

Why don't you spray some hairspray on your shoes and try to walk down the side of the CN tower? That is about as reasonable as your last statement.
