I'm about to buy some used stock springs from another 97 GS-T Spyder and was just wondering what's the average life span of a spring, if there is such thing. They are supposed to have around 24k miles on them. What should I look out for? Thanks.

Why would you be buying stock springs?
What's wrong with yours? In general, stock springs should last for a good long while.
24000 milles seems okay for stockers.

Bolivia? I can just imagine the roads. Ay carumba. (:
My stock springs and shocks lasted 180k kms, or about 100k miles. I replaced them with another set of stockers that had 90k kms, or 50k miles. World of difference if you can get them for a great price. Mine were free (kind of).

Well, I have to go back to stock because my car's going to split in half (feels like it might). The roads are BAD. Even the Eibachs feel like the H&R or STs I used to have on them. Does $75 sound fair for the stock springs, all 4 of course.

75 bucks seems fair for a pair of stockers, u.s dollars i pressume.
