Gonna do it this wknd, whats the best way to kill the spark. Unplug coil pack i figure but will the cylinder pressure be higher with fuel on the pistons?? I just want my readings to be accurate.

Pull the MFI fuse at the battery. You should have all the plugs out when you do a compression test.
