I have a 92' 6 bolt. It was rebuilt approx 80 000KM ago. I bought it with 70 000km on it. I don't have records of the rebuild but I don't have any reason to doubt the person I bought it from. It was bored .020 over, balanced crank and thats about it. The bottom end is complete, the only thing is doesnt have is the oil filter housing. When i did the compression test last week it was between 142-152-145-157 thats with a warped head. The block has a broken dowel pin which makes it difficult to shift, I put a c-clamp from the tranny to the engine and it was fine. I am selling because I have another engine with less mileage that I want to use for a rebuild so I don't need this.
Best offer. Located in Mississauga and can be picked up from my work sometime this week. I work right by the Kreators bike shop at dixie/queensway.

Is the dowel just missing, or is the "ear" that it sits in broken off the block?
Now, I'll have all kinds of time to talk about DSMs, because I won't be busy fixing mine!

The entire "ear" is gone, my friend had the same problem and just welded one on and it holds up to 25psi awd launches no problem for 4 months now.
