well my upper intercooler pipe came in on thursday so i threw in my 1g bov set the boost to 14 psi and went down to the track on friday..

my setup
90 6bolt vr4
Dakin stage 1 street clutch.
cut off rear muffler welded in universal ractive smile
no cat test pipe
upper intercooler pipe with 1g bov
boost controller set at 14psi for the nites runs

basically thats it. heres what i ran

best time was a 13.706 @98.03 with 1.848 short,8.700 1/8mile @ 79.66 MPH

also ran a 13.924 @ 98.09
13.816@ 98.16
and a couple of 14.0s

pretty happy.

You should be. Thats a very nice first run with a car as lightly modded as your's. Trust me when I say that most ppl would kill to run those times with their (often) more highly modded cars.

DAMN, thats almost the exact same times I ran with almost the exact same mods, Only diff is I have a maf-t which at the time was doing me little to no good.

no that wasn't me, i'm very new to the DSM world and i acutally just got on this board,

yeah i'm really happy cause the car is totally untuned. i also met to real nice dsmers at the track who said they were also on this board

Upper IC pipe.
1g crushed BOV
fuel pump rewire
K&N
2.5" Muffler
ACT2600
15psi
and that yeilded be consistant 13.8's.

Very impressive too say the least. Maybe you should take a closer look at that jdm to see if it has a 16g.

Nice run man! Seems like the car is performing really well.

I could only muster a 14.3 with my 95AWD (had hard intake pipes, MBC and a 1G BOV, T25)

Can't wait to get a 14B on there!

thanks guys.

yeah i can't wait to get dsmlink and tune this thing cause i'm sure that will yeild me some much need mph. tomorrow or maybe even today i'm gonna take a look at the blades on the turbo see if its a 14b or 16g.

You went quicker than me when I had full 3" exhaust. I only had a boost controller and 3" when I went 13.8.

thanks again guys

yeah i know a guy with a supra whos converting to a front mount so i'm gonna get his side mount for a good price, cant wait to get that on there along with my a 3inch turbo back see what she'll pull.
