Hey guys, my cousin owns a STi so we were having a little fun with the two cars.

First we went from a dig. Lights turn green we both launch it, I really bogged the run so there was no way of me catching him (I noticed the STi's 1st, 2nd and 3rd pull really hard). I wish I had a 6 speed tranny tongue . He beat me by bus lengths at that point, those cars grip and launch really hard.

Second race (Final race) was on a 2nd gear roll on, we were both doing 60 KPH so three honks and we were off, I held him off in the entire 2nd gear (side by side), 3rd came along and the STi started to walk me a little, by the time we hit forth he had about 2 cars on me. Well clearly his car makes more horsepower then mine. Then again, I am running 15 psi on a 14B with stock fuel injectors.

Pretty good when you think of it; 15psi on a 14B and you kepth up to a STI...

I would call that moment priceless.

I got to run one of those last fall just after I got my fmic installed. Not sure what all he had done but had the usual lowered, exhaust, rims, etc. From a roll I was pulling on him the whole time. This was with boost set at 17, defently a fun car to play with.

Yeah The STi's 14 psi VS my 15 psi on a 14B I think I did well. My larger FMIC definitely helped me specially at top when your stock intercooler starts to heat soak. So maybe some 650cc's hell I can go with 950cc injectors (Thank you DSMLINK) and maybe turn up the boost to 18-20 psi on the little 14B until it quits lol. I think I would have beat the STi if that was done.

Its like VR39 or something like that, well its good enough to hold 18 psi to redline on a 2.5L.

The fact that the STi has more displacement helps a little too laugh

And much better gearing, those 6 speeds are amazing. I need some 650's and need to boost 20 psi lol.
