Mike's first Talon was (I think) a 91, FWD no turbo - He will correct me the moment he arrives in this thread.
My first Beretta was a 92 3.1L.

Both cars were stock and both of us were relatively new, but me being older I had more road time.

We met up on an old country road and ran up and down the road once, and because the Beretta won I thought Talons suckt from that point on. It was not a momentous win, but a win non-the-less.

Mike went and grabbed another Talon (better) which blew up somehow and I went and grabbed another Beretta, but because I'm studip I grabbed a fackin carbon copy of what I had, except it needed way more work. So, after 2.5 years of punishement I went and grabbed a Talon. I was watching some vids on StreetFire and found this:

Today driving my Talon (95 TSi AWD) home I found it to be a much better ride, in every respect. The only drawback is my kids have less room in the back seat... And my insurance went up $600

It was my first race.

We line up on an old dusty road. It's about a 10 degree incline. The flagman stands off to the side. He drops his hand as my rookie ass revs up to 3000RPM. I dump the clutch and spin like a mutha, as the beretta takes 3 cars on my 92 NT. I manage to get some traction and stay 10 cars behind, but the race is over. The golden paperweight has lost.
