Personally, I dont' know the fully situation, don't know the Girl and only traded a few lines with Jay in my time here.

It's kinda like everyone was "GUNG HO from the GET GO".

In general buyer should be informed and specifically if you deal with someone who has trouble paying then get it all up front if you do deal with them.
