In the past, I've always quite honestly had to adhere to the rule of: "If it's in stock, grab it, if it's not, forget it" when it came to JRP.

Too many people, I knew personally, (including myself) who waited forever for parts, sometimes having left a deposit to boot.

Well, last week, on two days notice, they brought in an Autometer gauge for me, special, from the US, and not only did it come in there on time, as promised, but they also cut me a hell of a DSM discount on the price. (beat Buschur and a few others)

While talking with Derek and Steve, they've really gone proactive on the customer service, and just hired three new guys to try and handle the load of customers in a more timely fashion.

Anyhow, YMMV, but I did want to pass on my good experience, and my thanks. smile
