I knew from before that he was a good guy, I bought a 2G MAS from him about 5 months ago, only to find out that it didn't work. So rather than giving me my money back, he wanted to get me another one, which was fine by me. But now 5 months later, I am still out my $200 and without a 2G MAS, I have since had to buy another one. I haven't been able to get ahold of him, nor have I heard from him in over a month, he did say in his last email that if this goes on too long, that he will give me my money back. To me, this has gone on long enough. Does anyone here know of a way to get a hold of him, or can someone please let him know that I am trying to reach him.

yeah this is odd, because he is a really good guy and great guy when it comes to situations. I will help you and see if anyone has delt with him and still has a number were he can be reached. I did have it in an e-mail but i deleted it recently. Ill keep in touch and post on this thread if you find it.

well I 've tried calling a # which was given to me, possibly his cell phone, but nothing but a mailbox.....anyone have is house phone #? this is seriously pissing me off, its been almost half a year...

that's alright I don't need his number, he finally replied. But he asks in his email what my problem is for email every day last week, and then asks if I think that he checks his email everyday? I dont understand.... when I was buying this thing he got back to my every email within 1 day. well at on the 13th he replied by saying he is trying to sell his car, then he will be able to pay me, but I am coming across his posts saying he might just keep it. And when somebody starts freking out like merlin and send me an e-mail and expects for me to check my mail 20 time a day like him, obvoiusly i don't and i don't reply for three days in which three days i get about 6 e-mals from him.. It's just stupid... I check may mail every three four days and send perplys to whomever i have to .. I have never stoped talking to him.. or said at any point the i wasn't gonna give back his cash...

The real sotry as he didn;t say it is:

He bought the mass from me.
The about a month later he send me an e-mail that it doesn't work. Then two weeks later he sends it back to me. Then i wait a few days and think my i'll test the thing.. but give up on it cause i don't have a 2g plug. then i send an e-mail to the guy from the states that i bought the mass from. He tells me sure thing send it back to me, and i'll send u anotherone. Well i sent it back to him. after about a month waiting the mass has not arrived in the states.. So I tell Merlin that if i don't hear nothing from the states that i will just give him back his cash nom,ater what happens with the mass. That must've been about about two months ago.

And to poin out that he had agreed with getting another mass, not his cash, even though he came up with a story that he had already bought another mass.

And i said the new mass could be sent directly to his door instead of comming over to me and then me sending it over to him. Merlin said no, that i should receive the mass and then send it to him.. so i said coll.. np...

I didn't see Merlin say anything to me.. when i said i'll send him back the shipping including what he was out for the shipping too..

One more thing.. When somebody is writing about me in here.. i would apreciate if they told me about it. I don't spent two hrs on this site to check every single forrum..

In Dimitars defense I have done business with him also. I bought something from him and we agreed that if it didn't fit / work properly that I could have the cash back.

I let him know that there was a problem and we arranged for a trade back. No issues or hassles whatsoever.

For future reference I'm not sure if there was a miscommunication or what but as I said I had no problems doing business with him. Infact he's got some pretty good stories just hopefully his bad luck doesn't rub off on anyone!!

Just an update to my last post. This guy is a little prick. I bought a head as I said above. I let him know there were problems and as I said above we were supposed to trade back cash for the cylinder head as we agreed. the little jerk has been dodging my calls for about three or four weeks now. I've sold / bought parts from a few guys on this sight with no complaints until now. Word to the wise...DON'T DO BUSINESS with him.

update... I have been exchanging emails with Dimitar during the last month, when he asked me for my banking info on the Aug 26th so that he could deposit the 200 dollars. Sept 29 and still no money. Calling him on that # that he provides is absolutely useless. I tried calling that number DAY AND NIGHT a few months ago, and nothing. Sure I dont expect him to check his email every day, but when I send an email, and I see that he has been on this website, I get mad, because no one comes online to check a message board with out checking email.. either way, if getting my money tomorrow meant not getting the shipping, which was still 30$ I would take it.. i've done business with dimitar and didn't have any problems with him ... bough a head, a 2g maf, a 2G elbow, 2.5 upper ic from him and no problems with them... and that's just me... Merlin posted week after week to update us on how he STILL cant get ahold of you. Think of it as a buisness, you wanna always be in touch with your customer and not haing them wonder were you are, you would never survive.

Second telling people that they would be delt with if they came to your house i dont think is a smart idea.
1- You could be trying to deal with someone who could turn around and have you delt with 100 X more
2- all intentions of going to your house were good

Both Merlin and I got shitty parts from Dimitar and now he's trying to burn us on return.

I have spoken to Dimitar several times since our deal in early September. Each time he's had some sort of excuse as to where he has been and where my money is.

Almost two months later and still no cash.

I don't know if you've noticed but this hasn't been a big thing to me.

I replied on this post of Merlins twice in September. Once was the afternoon Dimitar and I made the deal. I was in his defence if you read it. I was actually impressed with how smooth things went. The second was about a week after when he still hadn't contacted me back per our agreement that if the head required a lot of work we'd exchange back.

The only reason I am reposting is because of what this guy had the nerve to say on here. He's trying to make Merl and I look bad...F that!

Like I said before this isn't about the money. This is about dignity and respect and the fact that I'm not gonna sit here and let this ass hole further disrespect me on here or anywhere else.

To be honest with you, i dont think one persn on here thinks anything negative about you man... everyone feels bad for you guys and wants to get this situation worked out man.
