I personally have had two rather annoying dealings with this lady. First, she said she was interested in purchasing a set of taillights from me, than seemed to vanish off the face of the earth for a few weeks.
Than, her add appeared last night (13th june) for her 90 tsi awd. She said it was at Metalex, I'm about 30-40 minutes away during rush hour traffic.
I head over there this afternoon, and check it out. Upon returning home, I receive an email from her stating that she is no longer interested in selling her car. I can understand a change of heart, but if someone is willing to travel out of their way to check out something you have put up for sale, you better be sure you're selling it.
Thanks for the space.

She's a nice girl. Good person. Things happen.

C'mon Nigel, I coulda sworn you told me you didn't want to buy a car anytime soon and waste anyones time searching because of your lack of funds and time.

She had a lot of interest shown when I posted the sandblast gala, even wanting to drop off the rims within the next few days. When I was ready to do it (the following week or two) she had sold them but had others that might need sandblasting but that was it.

Nigel:

Im sorry that I caused an inconvenience to you. For the past two months I have been debating selling my car. Yesterday I thought for sure that I was ready to sell it, but after I seriously thought about it, I have too much money invested in the car. I parted with my rims thinking that I was indeed going to sell my car. You know how women are.. change their minds alot and all confused I know that is no excuse but...One min you love them (DSM's) , the next min you hate them. I e-mailed you as soon as I could when I knew that I wasn't ready to sell the car. Not even two min after I emailed you, you responded saying that you were NOT intrested in the car after you looked at it. In the e-mail I appologied for making you drive there for nothing. But once you said that you weren't intrested, I didnt think it was THAT big of an issue. BUT, apparently it was. I guess all I can say is that Im sorry?

To the others.. Thank you for your support it is greatly appreciated. smile

Julie, the only reason why i told you i wasnt interested is becuase of the obviously massive engine related problem youre car has.
aside from that youre car was nice, and I would probably have gone further into dealing with it, had you told me before I went that the car blew smoke, I would not have made the trip.
Thanks
