You could probably find a few "volunteers" to make the trip with you on here....people who have had dealings with him before??

I'll go with you if your visiting Peterson smile I have a long list of people that would like to see him again. Looks like hes still been up to his old ways. The Guy that bought his T-clipse was also not so happy with it. The fact he was trying to sell it with lower advertised kilometers then it ever had when he owned it says all.

The classic Jay VS Chris trial. I thought this was long and burried. But its back lol.

Elias, hes a bad man. When push comes to shove he'll choke. So maybe you need to make it very clear to him that your not happy about some stuff. And get him to fix it...

well my experience with the talon thus far hasbeen as follows... tranny ate sh!t shortly after putting it on the road...i had some noticeable grinding in all gears except 5th and reverse...had a broken smic which needed replacing...had to rewire the fuel pump because it would randomly shut off mechanic went to take a look before installing my walbro and noticed that the lid was so mangled only 2 bolts were holdin the in the fuel pump assembly on the top of the tank...suggested i replace the tank and install my pump...the issue im having is now ive got a non driveable car and im desperatly short on funds for repairs....ive been in contact with jay and hes offered to bang out the top of the tank and install my walbro for $100 repair my leaking rear diff for $100 with new gaskets and rebuild uninstall and install thetranny for $450 im tempted due to the prices hes put up but am a bit skeptical to do business with him...

Like I mentioned aboved. Why don't you give Helder a call? He'll probably charge you just the same and the quality of work is a lot better, trust me.

Honestly I don't see what the big sh!t is about this car Elias bought, I know I've purchased many DSMs on this forum and all of them were junk I was lied to sh!t blew up days after I got it.
It's called a DSM. Everytime I bought a car on this place it blew up.

Trannies, clutches, engines, etc etc etc.

So instead of blaming someone else for something they didn't say why don't you take the time out of your busy life and check the car over. maybe he doesn't know maybe he does. I know I've sold a car that was good when I had it, tranny spun a bearing and that was the end of that. It's called a 20 year old USED car that was abused since day one. It will break deal with it and move on.

Another thing Yes Jay does work at my shop, hes a good mechanic and I think a lot of you guys know that hes done good work on many members cars. No one seems to wanna mention that. But whatever... If having a good mechanic working at my shop is going to sacrafice my business from ca.dsm.org then thats fine by me. To me it's not my loss but yours.

And this is coming from a guy who called Peterson a crook when you or your brother bought his laser?

Should I bring back the thread Luke? Don't contridict yourself man. One minute Peterson wripped you off, the next minute he's a saint because he's a good mechanic and works at your shop.

Sometimes, I really wonder about some people on this board.....

what the fukk dude over msn hes was your partner now hes your mechanic which one is it ?? and sure you could say its my fault for purchasing the car but dont you have any god damn respect or honour as a man ? can i even refer to you as one ive been sold some scrap heap that was tossed together...do you hear me demanding a refund ?? no instead i offer your your god damn shop more of mym oney to rectify the problem and allow you and your "partner" the chance to make right ... upon making right id even boast your shop for the quality work and regard it as a success story...but you cant even give me a proper quote on work and then i feel like an idiot cancelling an appointment with helder who was to originally do the repair work...now the balls in your court mr. sturgeon price me my work and make me a happy customer...

I sent you a message on MSN you didn't get it.. and I wasn't refering to you, I am sick of going on this forum all I hear about is people ripping people off over DSMs I'm just saying DSMs break all the time thats what they do if anyone I should complain more then anyone it's me. I've bought 5 different DSMs off this forum and within the first day or two the motor is shot, the tranny is shot something is broke. But I don't go and complain to the person that sold it to me, I just deal with it... it was my fault for not looking it over. And about the laser thats in the past... he took the lein off it, thats all I wanted. He's made fixed his mistakes with me and I am happy with it. Everyone deserves a second chance.

... sigh.

Can you tell it's winter?

Now, I'll have all kinds of time to talk about DSMs, because I won't be busy fixing mine!
