Hello Joe.
I would suggest that you adjust the Pedal Height and Freeplay.
TOB should of been replaced (allow me to rub it in) but I do not think that it the cause of your problem.
It only takes a few minutes to adjust.

The Freeplay is adjusted by turning the Master Cylinder Shaft (Treaded Rod).
You can find the procedure in a maintenance manual.
My bet is that everything will be a1ok once you make these adjustements.
