I would like to know if they are interchnagable, the blown tranny in my car is out of a 92, Not sure what the spline count is but i did have to change the Transfer case when blew up my 90 tranny.
At my shop i changed a transmison on a 95 2g talon. Seems one of the bearing blew and caused a shaft to eat through the case. BUT when i pulled it apart the center diff was mint.
Question: I know i blew the center diff in my 92 tranny. So can i take this 2g center diff and pop it in my transmision??
I also took the VC from the 2g. is that worth keeping? Is there anything else i can do while i have the rear end of the tranny off?
Calling it transportation is like calling sex reproduction.

It should be the same 9105.3 and newer are all the same. Check the build date on your car.
1990 TSi AWD - Parked since I bought it (Jan24/03) Had it out one day, and busted the trans.

I'm pretty sure that you'll be able to use the Center Diff, The VC is defenately worth keeping.
