i just got my first awd.its a 91 talon anyways..

i was wondering what parts of the drivetrain usually takes the beatings and ends up breaking from the launches.

what have some of you guys ended up breaking/keep breaking??

i plan on getting it inspected from from top to bottom by my cousin at his shop, before i do a single launch.i dont plan on making any high hp or torque numbers either.
pretty much just,

jdm 6blt.
the safc2 and datalogger
act 2100
2gmaf,550's,megan fpr,255walbro pump.
2.5in catback untill i can afford to to the rest.(got it with the car)
run it daily at about 14psi and bump it to 18psi give or take when im happy.(stock 14b)
stock intercooler for now.....

any tips or suggestions would be awesome.

1. Make sure the transfer case isn't leaking. If it is, replace the yolk on the driveshaft.

2. Replace all fluids. Redline MTL/MT-90 mix in the tranny (personal opinion). 75W-90 in the transfer case/rear diff.

3. Check for any extreme drivetrain slack.

In most cases, these car have taken abuse. Just fix them as you go.

there is some grease build up on the exaust.
it's an aftermarket cat-back.. anyways,

it has some build up where the exaust is closest to the rear diff.

is the diff leaking maybe??
would it spray on to the exaust like that?...
or could it just be blackened from heat??.
