It is EPROM only. There are a few places you can get your ECU socketed for less than what ECM TUNING charges. Theres a few people on this board that do it as well. I beleive both ROBS Greer and C. do them.

I can't track with that number on the USPS site. It has no record of that package. Could be the wrong item number or receipt number?
