Yah, I also want to extend my thanks for the hospitality Andy. Great burgers and a good time at the Go-Kart track despite not being able to get to the real race track!

And it was great to meet everyone as well!

That was good times guys. I had fun. Thanks again to Andy for the hospitality, and to Ziggy for the food.

I am down any time for going back to that go-kart track again in the future. Fun track and fast carts.

I had a great time, even tho I didn't have my car ready, and cayuga got rained/snowed out. 11's will have to wait a bit longer, lets just say a certain supercharged mustang got lucky yesterday. That reminds me, Mark have you lost your chubby yet? Awesome car Mike, and you won't catch me saying that about too many stangs.

Andy, you should make an 1/8th mile strip in your backyard, we could re-locate the yorkdale meets to your house laugh Thanks again for the hospitality.........and my hair,I'm keeping it bird

Kevin, I thought you car was leaking like a SOB and you couldn't go? I'm gonna get back to working on my car tommorow, need to get it finished before the real snow hits down for good.

Sounds like you guys had an awesome time and sorry i missed this.

Think we chould start a new thread about a test'tune we should all attend before the season is over.

^^^I ended up rolling with Todd. It wasn't my oil-pan leaking afterall. So I fixed it like 3 times for nothing, such a waste of time. It turns out that my leak is coming from behind the front balance shaft sprocket. I can't believe all the work I'm going to have to do to change a $5 seal.

Pickles???
Yuck!

How about German Potato salad? With the bacon, and spices... mmmmmmmmM!

YES!
My official thanks to Ziggy for the food, pop, etc. We've got leftovers, so next time, we're stocked and ready! smile

Not sure we'll make anything this season, unless we get some last minute saturday T&T, it's too hard to get everyone withthe days off work, etc... but, what we did PROVE beyond a shadow of a doubt in my mind, is that we can pull enough guys together to rent the track for ourselves, and we can do that at Cayuga -- So, in the spring, for sure, we'll do it again!

Mehrdad, you need to expand your horizons....don't knock what you haven't tried!!

There MAY be another occasion to celebrate soon. Anneliese and I have put in an offer on a house, and we have a verbal acceptance, though not in writing yet. It is looking like RTM will be moving to Niagara Falls, Ont. We will be just seconds from the highway, though, and in addition to tons of space in the basement for storing all the parts, we will have an oversize double garage....25'6" x 30'!!! (big enough to put a few machines into, so it won't be too long until RTM is machining again wink )

I am pretty sure I can talk Anneliese into making some burgers and potato salad for a housewarming...
Maybe I should have everyone come to hamilton, load a few boxes into their cars, and then head to the new place for a BBQ? I could save on the movers, LOL!!

The new location is still covered by Fedex and Fastway, the couriers I use, and I will still be attending the Yorkdale meets, so nothing will really change...except that I will be quite busy with the move and everything, so for the next while I might not be quite as quick as I would like to be answering your emails....but I will do my best, as I always have!!

Ziggy ,
I tried bacon and no offence it has too much oil and like I said: YUCK
I hope you buy that house soon man, because I missed both Test & Tune bbq and I am really mad at my self , so at least I get some bbq from there.
The cool thing about moving to Niagara is that I can visit you more often since I am mostly in Niagara, now I got my self a **** hotel:D.jk
Good luck man.

LOL, just keeping it real!

I'd love to see that stang go down. In fact, I had 5 gal of c16 to give him a good fisting. I had plans of running at least 30psi with my 60-1 demon

It's too bad getting a ton of dsms to the track for a day is like pulling teeth. It would have been sweet seeing these monsters we're always hearing about throw down. You should have brought your car to our T&T day Kevin.

If we can get one more good day this year on a weekend that I don't have to work I'll show up. I can't beleive I haven't even gotten out once this year.

I havn't seen a Mustang yet, that can stay with us out of the box, least not one that was driven to the track.
The last serious one we went up against at Sparta, was putting 510 to the wheels and we were 3-4 cars lenghts ahead after second gear. The real test is in the last 1/8th, you need a good trap speed.
Mike, we only have one more track day at Sparta, (next weekend) and were already taking in customers cars for winter upgrades. Also, the track temps are so cool, traction is a real problem for everyone, were coming out of the box sideways and spinning the wheels on gear changes. Our car was running about a second off last week just due to the cold track surface.
