Scharok, the only way to properly tune with the GCC is to hook up a volt meter to the o2 sensor wire by the passengers foot panel and shoot for @.85v on pump gas. Hope this helps.

Scharok, what type of plugs are you using in the car right now? Are they fairly new? Platinum or copper? What type of fuel are you using? Does it have any mixture of ethanol?
How much boost are you running and what type of fuel pump are you using(is it new?). Have you changed the fuel filter lately?
I was also thinking that you might possibly have a problem with your fuel pressure regulator. I would check and see how much fuel pressure your car has @ idle. If it's too low or if the regulator is going south you might not be getting enough fuel under boost.
Your still using the stock turbo, right? As far as the settings on your VPC/GCC goes, they don't seem to be abnormal. I can't remember the if 10 on the response is maxed out or not. If it isn't, max it to the right for best possible response(seems our cars like it that way).

also, it may only take one tank of bad gas to reduce a gas filter life.
But I would still trust your EGTs ( if your probe is placed before your turbo). I know that you may have differences in voltage readings between 2 cars or 2 O2 sensors, but EGTs never lie.

If I'm not mistaken, I do believe stock fuel pressure is alittle lower than that Mark. I believe(correct me if I'm wrong) it to be @ 31psi. I don't have my shop manual handy; anyone else know exactly?
As far as your fuel filter goes, change it anyways. It's cheap and you can't lose by changing it early. Michel is correct. It doesn't take much to kill a fuel filter. At this point you're pulling straws out of a hat. You never know...
When was the last time your fuel injectors were professionally cleaned? If they're clogged, they won't supply fuel well and might cause a lean condition if dirty enough. Just another idea.
As far as trusting an EGT 100%, we can argue this one. But I'll leave it alone as it's not the main issue here.
Also, ethanol blended fuels may give the illusion that you're running lean when trying to read the plugs. Rule out everything else first before taking this into consideration though. Try using another gas product that doesn't have ethanol in it to see if it makes a difference. I don't want to say that yes it's the gas you're using when it could be something else.
