Ok N/T 92' Talon, 2-weeks ago blocked EGR and everything was fine(RPM 6-750 cold&warm). Today I removed Throttle body, ISC, and TPS(after marking it), and cleaned TB with Carb cleaner and tooth brush, and tested the ISC using 6V battery like Haynes book says..., nothing, no movement on pintle(ISC tip), ok I says, it must have never worked, so I split ISC and then assembled and tested useing 6V bat ,notta?.
Oh well I figured it wouldn't matter it will run the same, little cleaner though. I then proceeded to push my luck and painted the TB after ISC&TPS assembly, and I taped ALL holes, conec/moving, springs and all accelarator parts. Used a skim of grey gasketmaker on all joints upon assembley, conec battery started fully warmed and curbed idle speed (-) the firewall Tach install, for 5 min, notta?. The Idle adjuster screw is near bottomed out loosely, accel cable is loose, TPS put out 0.50 volts and still pulse from 1000 to 1500RPM's.
Any help with this one guys, she's tight I put her together proper, price on new ISC maybe?
