Well, I've been doing more tuning and I got most issues sorted out, except for 3k RPM.
For some reason, as the car approaches 3K RPM at a moderate to light acceleretion (above 20% throttle) it goes lean, the o2 trim is right at 140 at exactly 3K RPM and starts to go richer as the RPMs increase.
You can actually watch the O2 trim starting at 2500 RPM in around 100, than it starts climbing up to 140 the closer you are to 3k RPM and start falling back down once you are past the 3k RPM mark.
Anyone any ideas?
