I was wondering if anyone has lowered their cars and are experiencing premature and uneven tire wear because of the negative camber on there wheels.....
Have any of you installed a camber kit?
I know Lightning motorsports online sells them....
ANY ADVICE? I want to drop my car 1.5-1.7"

I think Ingall's also make camber kits for our cars that allow up to 3 degrees of camber adjustment. If you go lower than 1.5 inches you will probably start to have an issue with uneven wear. However, its also important to check your toe in/out settings as well as camber.

I have the same problem.. I just got lowered 1.5" and have bad camber problems on the rears... I talked with Marco at Magnus, and apparently he has some camber kits comming in (shoulda been here last week actually).
You might want to check with him..

I threw in Apex springs, 1.5" drop which looks perfect (Except for the camber problem).
Cost me $400 installed

Camber kit Marco has not given me a price on yet, but I'm under the impresion that its around $150 or so...

I went today to Performance Improvements with a few questions about losing camber when lowering, and they assured me if i lowered my car with the Eibach Pro Kit designed for the 2G AWD , i think it was 1.3" for my 1995 AWD.... that I would have ZERO camber problems.... They said the springs are sold to replace stock requirements, without any compensation in ride or camber..... I don't know how true this is......

If you drop a 2g about an inch or so the camber goes to about 2 degrees all around.

This has had no effect on my street tire wear. My track tires still wear more on the outside but I just rotate them when half worn.
