i went to regency...now i go to body works, the one right by my work...its 24 hrs so i can go anytime...and its only $25/mon...just say you work at home depot and you get a discount...like 6 or 7% (one of the taxes)...
are you "hardcore" or just "once in a while to keep in shape" goer...

i'm hard to the core from supplements to diet to routines...i'm actually going into that field in george brown in september...i just finished giving a girl in my nightschool class a "crash course" 2-day training lesson...already we covered exercises and developed a routine...we should train one day...

regency is affiliated w/premier and you did hear about how premier works too...basically what you mentioned...they're all the same...most of those trainers weren't even certified...

sorry couldn't call you yesterday...but i had to finish w/that girl and go to sleep early...right now its quarter to 4 in the morning so i had to go home and sleep...i finish at 2...i'll give you a shout cuz i don't have work tomor...
