I have to replace Brake Master Cylinder and also Brake Booster, and probably the proportionnal valve, I have a 90 TSI AWD(without ABS). Which year should fit on my car, is there any difference between ABS and normal brake booster, and also cylinder?

K I'm an idiot. I replaced my calipers, they're great and all, but the pedal's just as mushy. Locks up like crazy though. Twin pistons and big disk never hurt Now I realized my master's leaking. So I guess I replaced a crap master with another crap master and thought there's no way the master could be the problem since it was doing exactly the same thing as the other one and the pedal's not sinking. Grrr. Have you had any luck? I'll let you know when I replace the master.

Hey Jonathan, any news on your brakes? Have you tried swapping out the booster?
That's literally the last thing that I haven't changed in my brake system. My pedal's still mushy with new master, braided hoses and rebuilt twin piston calipers. I can see the booster warping as the pedal's pressed, I'm thinking now the mushiness has to be coming from there. Only problem is even if I replace the booster with another used one it would be just as weak. Not sure how much these will run new or whether there's a possibility to upgrade.
My breaking performance is great now, locks up any time, just that I can easily push the pedal down to the stop which bothers me.

Pump up the pedal with the car off. Hold your foot on the pedal then start the car, if the pedal goes down, the booster is fine.
