If you have the original package for the lock nuts, there is usually a serial number you can use to order a replacement key. If I remember correctly, people either beat a socket over the lug with a hammer, or else welded a socket to the lug and then you can just take it out with a regular rachet. Slotting it with a grinder and banging it out is a good idea too.
