I haven't posted this yet, as i wanted to get the plenum on first. A few people know about it already though... Ta-da!! [Linked Image]
I made the flanges on my milling machine. All the sheetmetal work was done with an angle grinder and a hammer. naughty

What no english wheel was used ?

if you're caught doing 140kmh in a 100 zone = a few points
150kmh in a 100 zone, you'll be arrested.
350kmh in a 100 zone, you'll be shot. On the side of the road. Like a rabid dog...

Nice work. I'd love to do some work like that, but no access to the machinery right now.

I've decided that trying to polish everything up perfect is going to take WAY too much time and effort, so i'm gonna powdercoat it wrinkle red like a ferarri intake naughty

The only way to really get it polished well is to polish each part before it's welded. Oh well, i learned for next time.

I've thought about selling them, but i hve to work out a way to build them cheap ehnough so people will actually pay for them, and still make it worth my while.
