Everything is fine but the freaking starter scratches and grinds when i start the car, the car is in amazing condition running and almost rust free but the freaking noise on start up SOMETIMES, is horrible..

Anything I can do to get around this or should i just say to the buyers "if you really want this taken care of I will do a rebuild for 140 extra then my asking price"

Ya I'd get it fixed first. You don't want a potential buyer thinking, if the starters been making this noise & he hasn't bothered to fix it what else has he not bothered fixing that I can't see? Even though that may not be the case, people will still think that way.

I agree... Nost people will be a little cautious and you might loose the sale, or they will low-ball you.
