Oh snap i didn't know, they seem to have a reputation for screwing people over and not having the best customer service.

I`ll second that, I have ordered a set of forged pistons from them, they sent me the wrong ones, didnt want to send out the new ones untill they received the old ones even though Ziggy had them from me, took them about 1.5 months to send the new ones ONCE they received the wrong ones, then when I bitched that they sent me a cracked ring and no wrist-pin retaining clip, they made me pay for the shipping to replace the broken parts. Gave me attitude over the phone and said they cant do anything for me. BULL****.

I've ordered an UICP from RRE, not only did Mike (from rre) walk to the postal office to save me money because of duty with ups, he emailed me when he found out the pipe wouldnt be ready for another week, and because he made me wait extra, he sent me a free set of plugs with the pipe.

I hope slowboy burns in hell, they aren't getting any $$ from me.

Oh, nothing towards Ziggy, this is 0% his fault, this is strictly related to SBR themselves and their inhouse staff or whichever way you want to look at it. I called them on my behalf without mentioning Ziggy, so I dont want to cast a shadow over him, like I said, this is a stricly personal phone experience.
