Hey.
I'm glad this board is back.
I've been working on my 1G 2.0L for the passt two weeks and a half. I've removed the head, Ported the runners and the intake manifold, had a valve job, installed a set of Pace Setters headers. I know they are not the best but that's what I could afford. I had to do 4 to 5 hours of work to it in order to have them up to par and have them to fit the head. They say that it is a dirrect bolt on. My a$$... Once fitted I don't think it will be too bad. I also stripped it and sprayed a few coat of high heat paint.
Made a cheezy page, it's like a diary of this "Spring Project" I'll update it in a few days. Here is the links, it might help somebody. Feel free to drop me a line if you got a few question. I'll try my best to ansewer it. I ain't a pro, drop me a line if you need help. http://www.lks.net/~ghislisa/Headers.htm
