you can pick up a turbo JDM engine from lucky star in toronto for about $1600-1700. and a tranny for around $5-700. the other things you would need would be pretty minor, such as the turbo ecu, maf, oil pan, (and im not too sure what else off hand, theres many posts about all the parts needed)
then the labour of having it all installed, (unless your going to do this yourself) id say to have a tranny and engine installed by someone that knows what they are doing is going to run you around $1000
quite a few have done this conversion suscesfully, try to get ahold of tony vaz, or thomas toth for more details

2g's NEED new engine and transmission mounts! Plus you will need a complete engine and dash wiring harness and the computer..... Sell it and buy a turbo car if you really want the turbo.

See, the problem with 2g's is that they don't have a mitsu motor...they have a neon engine...Dodge 420A, I believe is the model #. So unless you wanna totally rip everything apart to do it and drop some $$$, I would advise against it. However if you really love the current car, and you have the need for boost, look at a Neon turbo kit, they start off at around $1300 I believe... p.s. With whatever you decide to do -> GOOD LUCK
It's not a Talon, it's a Talonol... And now it's in the garage with a connecting rod sticking out...
