Yes it will. hooking up the vacume canister is a bitch though.

I fail to see what benefit it might give you though.

One thing you can do is to install the manifold and remove the flaps or leave them open so you have less restrictive intake. Otherwise a smaller intake at lower RPM I don't think is a benefit to a NT

But im putting a turbo on it. Would it be a benefit then.
