I don't think anyone actually bothered to take the turbo off, put on an ex. manifold of an nt, change the maf, and intake, and ecu just to see what their engine will produce without the turbo...
It's not a Talon, it's a Talonol... And now it's in the garage with a connecting rod sticking out...

its slow...I pulled the wastegate actuator off one day just to see, and it was slow.

It's still pretty easily drivable. You loose some low end torque but when I had a dead turbo on my car I couldn't really tell unless I really wanted some power. I stay out of boost 99% of the time anyway.
