Alright, so here is my question. I am rebuilding my 2.0 nt and wonder what to do. I am going to end up giving this car to my bro, while he is in college, but still want to have a little fun with it.

Should I just do that whole colt bottom end thing and make it a 2.4L? And does that really work?

Or/and should I rebuild it into a turbo model, as I understand that they are the same block. I know that this has been covered, but other then the usual goods that I would need to do the conversion, are there other things that I would have to purchase?

Let me know what you think, thanks

Paul

I wouldn't sink any money into it if I wasn't gonna convert it to turbo... why build a 2.4 and just leave it as it is? Thats pointless.

Either just rebuild the existing motor with the bare necessities, or start thinking about a complete turbo conversion. One costs a lot of money, the other doesn't. You decide.
