I've come across a 5-speed transmission that I want to put into my '96 Talon Auto.....I want to know if anyone has done it and if I should go for it....my Talon is in great condition and I've recently finished the body kit so I don't really want to sell it but I want to get a 5-speed!!

Man in Canada its a expensive task since im sure as you know 2GNT cars are sparse at best... The cheapest swap would be to hook a 95-99 Avenger I4. This car comes with the nv-t350 and there are lots of them around.

I have spoken with a guy from asog.net that lives in BC and it cost him 1500.00 to do the swap...
