Hey Guys,

Im looking for an adhesive, most likely a tape to reapply the passengers side door molding. I know the original molding has some kind of plastic clips built into it but mine didnt come with anything like that.

3M automotive double sided tape.
Go to a bodyshop and try by an end roll they have laying around, as a full roll will cost you around $60

Auto Value also carries a large selection of clips. I noticed them the other day and had a quick look; looked like quite a few could be used on our cars.

Putting new clips on may be useless. Kind of a band aid solution. Mine popped out originally because the outside of the door (the skin) came unwelded from the inside. I got a body shop to reweld it and seal the panel back on. They proably used 3m or super glue. Don't know, don't care, because I went through a roll of tape and a half dozen of those clips.

fwiw, a local dealership gave me those clips for free.
