Can a 97 and newer mitsubishi eclipse bumper fit on a 1995 eagle talon? I like the way the mitsu looks. How about rear? (probably too much work)

Yeh, just a bolt on affair for the front bumper. The rear is similar but a bit more of a headache. Note, in both cases to get the fite right you'll also need to swap out the headlights/rearlights if you don't want to do any chopping to the bumper cover.

I'm wondering what I'd need to do to swap to teh 97 Talon front and rear bumpers. Is it the same stuff required as for the Eclipse? I thought the 95/97 Talons had the same tail lights and headlights? Are foglight mounting brackets different between the 2Gs and 2.5G Talons?

Anyways, the 97 Talon bumpers on a '95 is a straight swap, the lights are all the same. I'm not sure about the fog light brackets though.

If u want to put 97up eclipse front bumper cover on 2G talon you'll have to replace the headlights too.
If you want to replace rear bumper cover with an eclipse one you'll have to change the taillights too and get the reverse lights housing I think.

Talon stuff is getting swapped on, not Eclipse. I did some searching of my own (in DSM Talk no less, that was a huge waste of time sifting through all the crap to find a real post) Talon to Talon bumper swaps don't require any additional parts except for the fog lights
