just finished installing my "new" dual piston calipers on the galant

now i have to get bigger rotors demon

my car is getting closer and closer to being a "vr-4" laugh

Hmmm , that cool.
What did you use between the shoe and the caliper for stoping those unwanted noise?
By the way thats a nice jack , what brand is it, 3 tons?

the shoes came with a shim on the outside already out of the box...

yeah, it's a 3 ton from princess auto i picked up for $86, regular price $130...floor model + haggling skills pimp

Are those brakes from a AWD talon or from a VR4 or other?

they're the same actually (93 tel and vr-4)

now i just need rotors, the pads are only 85% on the rotor if you look REAL close

but the vr-4 are 4 bolt where the tel are 5 frown

I know the FWD DOHC and AWD DOHC have different rotors and in fact FWD is bigger. could be that the VR4 used those rotors?

either way it is a normal stock item most places should be able to get it
