Well, I installed my fog lights on my 2g not to long ago, now its time to wire them up. They are the 97-99 eclipse 2gb fogs.
My car didn't come with fog lights, so I don't have the harness. My idea about wiring them up goes as follows..there is a picture for those of you who need a visual;

I plan on running a relay with 5 terminals;
-1 will power the first fog
-1 will power the second fog
-1 will be wired to a switch
-1 will be a ground
-1 will be a power source (battery)

The switch has three terminals;
-1 will be wired to the relay
-1 will be a power source
-1 will be a ground

The fog lights will be directly wired to the relay, and also grounded.



My question is, where can I hook up a fuse?? I want to hook up a fuse to make sure that if anything shorts, it's not going to ruin the fog lights, etc and start a fire. Furthermore, what size fuse should I use, and what gauge of wire?

If anyone has a similar set up or is proficient with wiring and wiring knowledge, please let me know. Thanks a lot guys!
