The red eclipse in Minden did about 3 or 4 laps with fire under the hood before she realized there was a problem. I don't think she is on here, and as of now I'm now sure what caused the fire. Pretty good smoke show though lol.

So far the dsms are not reliable on the ice.

Yeah, I don't think she's on here but there should be some discussion on the CASC forum.

Yeah, unfortunately I had what appears to be a brake line fail. I was struggling with grip and after removing the rear anti-roll bar couldn't get the rear end around.
Next weekend will be better once I get the balance reasonable and remember how to drive! I should've had a rookie triangle on for that embarrassing display.

Hey, enough with the DSM reliability jokes! mad

My street car's been reliable and my ice racer has over 220,000km on it!

It's a joke Tashko. If you spend the time and money building the DSM, they are very reliable. A brake line sucks to replace. I just did both my rear metal lines on the 90 winter duty car. Sucked.

Oh, I know it's a joke...
just like DSM reliability
I couldn't find the right smiley to use, something like a :strangle: and smile would've been more appropriate maybe.

Hopefully it will be cold enough this weekend for the racing to happen. I don't like seeing a DSM at the bottom of the results page!
