The recall was done on my 90 laser RST in '91...so, you should qualify even if arent the original owner.
'92 Talon TSi AWD.

Hello.
It does not matter if you are not the first owner, the Recall "belongs to the Car".
Does not also matter how many ks the Car has.
You just have to drop in at your local Satan and ask them to check the VIN# of your Car for outstanding recalls.
Have a look at the Exhaust Manifold. Dealers mark the Heat Sheild with a white "T" if the recall was done on the Car.

Awww, crap, I wish I read this post earlier, I just spent $300 on t-belt parts and now when I called they said there is a timing belt recall to be done on my car.. I was hoping for a O2 sensor recall, but none I wonder why.. my car is a 92.. and the O2 sensor did die..
