I say some insignifican rubber hose will melt, causing all your coolant to flow out and you won't notice and you'll seize your new engine like last time. Other than that, 30psi should net 450ish to the wheels. Good luck Manny! P.S: I really want to run that at Shannonville. Maybe we'll have some fun with my quick spooling Evo III at the Maxim Wheels Lapping Day.

Don't ask them, ask someone who's been in one that doesn't own one! They got used to the speed, that's why they had to go all the way past 400WHP I bet it's something like comparing a golf cart and a stock turbo DSM, though On topic... Can we get some A&W riding on this one, too? I think at least you will break 400 easily on the base run, and after well beyond that if this thread didn't jinx it.

Rob, you're all about the A&W! Spend all your money on figuring out a way to get rid of torque steer and wheel hop? HEE HO HA!

In a perfect world 500WHP if the motor and setup is working perfect, and if Marco tweaks that AEM. 94 octane + 880's + 28 psi, I think you might be right at the edge. Once I get my new keydivier chip anyday, I'll be running 30 psi on the 3065, but that is with meth injection/ultra94 and 1000cc's.
I say your gonna make 416 WHP.

Yes, I'd agree that setup should be able to post +500whp numbers, but if your running straight 94, I don't think you'll see those numbers. On an ideal tune I guess right around the 470 whp mark with 28psi but I think the straight pump will limit your tune. For this my guestimate would be more around the 440-450 whp mark. Now if you add some meth injection & some more boost, I would think that 500whp goal shouldn't be an issue.

I was wondering the same,
Oh sh!t what happened Manuel, details ?
28 psi on my FP3065 with the 1000's and I have upgraded to a dual nozzle setup for the meth injection for it not to knock. I will be upping it to 30 psi soon, but never without meth.
Something to think about Manuel...

Oh man, now i feel like a dick. It was supposed to be a joke, It did not blow up and i will pick it up today.
We only dialed 400whp, after fighting all the bugs spike still has problem with fuel, so untill i figure out what it is i will only be running those 400 awd at 19-20 psi.
Its very very strong, and with being that rich is very safe.
Sorry for the bad joke.

so I guessed 382, was anyone closer? Ha, in that case I was the closest @ 416 WHP. Manuel, what kind of fuel issues are you having, too much or too little ? Also, since you will be lapping the car it might be a better idea not to try to squeeze the most power out of it. 400 should be good enough

Here is a pic of the ebay parts, And here a lil video of the ebay parts not blowing on a 400whp pull.LOL. Guys, the actual number was: 401whp at 20psi at 6000 rpm, the air fuel ratio was 13.46 by then and the car was pooring black smoke. See whats my issue?. The car had to stay again, we'll go for another round on monday. -Manuel

What type of WB were you using? Have you confirmed its accurate operation vs another WB? I am running an AEM wide band, when i was running the dsmlink was fine. I dont know anymore, we found out that the faking coolant sensor its bad(falling apart) and i dont want to mention what shop put it in, but their race car is a black 1g. Anyways that could be the problem, because without it the EMS will try to compensate with trwing more fuel. -Manuel

I was really hoping I'd be dead wrong... Glad I was. 'Only' 400hp? I hate you. Black smoke, but showing lean. I wonder if perhaps one injector is sticking open, running it rich on a single cylinder?

Update. So after i waet and pick up a coolant sensor from sergio's house this morning, i went to magnus and marco had already put in a GM sensor in it, and said that fix it and that he was not able to get at the car untill later afternoon.
So i went to the mall grab something to eat and came back around 7:30pm, we took the car to the dyno again, straped it, did a little run to log it and found out that the rich problem was fix. Then did another run and found out that we where running to lean, after doing another pull and checked fuel pressure seems like the FUkin brand new 255High prssure walbro pump decide the take a dump.
This a fukin nightmare, i took the car just get it tune but this kind of bugs keep coming back. Its been three weeks Fack.

Hello.
Dyno tuning always reveal the car weak spot, which can be good.
Odds are that this Pump is the last part and she'll be just fine after that.
You'll be rocking in no time.

Thank you guys, I think i am more pissed about the fact that its so hard to get marco on the dyno because he is so damn busy, and when we finally get him there, he does tow pulls and some little damn thing goes. Even when everybody there has been very helpfull, Bruno the "new" mechanic, sean and even marco have so much patience with me and spike, I just want to get out of there. I feel like i friking live there.
Its ok miguel i will keep the sensor. I migth use it......you know.

So, Here are the final whp an boost numbers. We finally finished all the little problems and put the did tuning today.
Spike ran 423whp at 25psi. Its running nice and strong, it feel just fakin amazing. Full boost at 4300rpm. Not bad for the ol good 94 sunoco gas.
So who won?

Thanks to the guys at MAGNUS MOTORSPORTS. After they dealt with me for more than three weeks figuring out bugs and issues, and 50 plus dino pulls, they finally help me get spike to run some decent power on the safe side. Thanks to Bruno, Marco and Sean.

Congrats, Manny. And hats off to Marco and crew... That should put more than 500hp at the crank. MUST feel amazing when you put your foot down. Again, damned glad I was wrong. Just keep watching those guages.

Not bad Spike! With a GT35R, I think you should be making a little more at 25psi, but then again its not that bad for just 94 octane. As a tuner I think they have tuned your car to be on the safe side, which is good for the lapping that your car will be seeing.

Congrats Manny!
Yeah, same as what Reza said. Unless you throw some Meth into that beast to keep the knock down, they tuned it on the safe side.

Yes, Marco was very please. See,You hear all of this people oh 35r this and 35r but is not untill you hit the dyno that you relise how much pump gas can hold you back. But beleave me 423 at 6000rpm and full boost at 4300, feels real good. Like marco said "Spike feels like Fackin rocket", and i agreed with him. And yes we tune on the safe side, Lapping would be harder on the car than doing quarter mile, And well i want at least to last me This season.
