Ok when I decelerate it feels like the main diveshaft is bent or something, as the car shakes pretty bad(only when decelerating). I also have a clutch engaugement issue, I can't go in to neutral with the pedal, I still have to bleed th system and will update afterwords. Right now I am in Hamilton so if anyone can can help pin point(I guess by test driving) That would be great as I have to drive the car back to Oshawa.

Ok I have bled the lines the fulid seems dirty, the funny thing is it shifted fine when I picked it up this morning I got about 25 minutes away and the clutch started acting up. I thought it would be something small, now I am starting to think that I am stuck in Hamilton till I find a clutch, is it possible for a clutch to be fine and blow that quick? I can shift fine as long as I am moving, but if I start it in neutral it will just grind against the gears.

So you bleed it and then it's fine for a bit?
I bet your master cylinder is ready to go.

No I bled it and the pedal seems a little stiffer, but when I try to put it in gear it just grinds. I am not to familiar with the awd trannies either.

It's probably a hydraulic problem. Either not being bled properly or there's a leak (ie. the master cyl).
You could have someone push the pedal while you observe movement of the fork and listen for any funny noises.
Look up RRE's clutch & flywheel tech pages for some guidance.

Judging from your recent few posts in different threads, it could be a spring on the clutch disc that has popped out.

Is your pedal VERY stiff? Clutch not disengaging perhaps? I had the same thing when I first purchased my AWD. One of the clutch springs popped out so I had it towed to Smiths Falls from Ottawa.

Your clutch fork could be bent/broken as well. Starting it in neutral or shifting TO neutral should be fine. But getting it into any other gear should be problematic.

Shifting while you're moving, you're probably near-rev-matching. Try revving it higher and then shifting, you'll probably get some grinding.

I am going to pull the tranny to day if its not the clutch and I can't see a problem with the fork I am parting it out.

RE: Grinding gears

Also check the bolts that hold the cables to the tranny. It could be just a loose bolt hence it grinds. As well, play around with the shifter cables inside the cabin. It could be just an adjustment issue.

I almost forgot what 2nd and reverse gear feels like.

It could be an $18 master cylinder rebuild kit away from working properly.

Why not have a local expert take a look at it?

Ok I have almost everything out, and the slave cyclinder doesn't squrit or drip really, but it pools near the bottom, there was a bolt missing right beside the slave. I pu it in with no change so now leaning towards the slave, but like I said it isn't leaking much, also when I started to drive it wasn't much problem, until driving it for 25 minutes like I said. I do have my fwd with a new slave should I swap them blead them and see or just pull the tranny?

Get a new slave. Any leak will cause engagement problems. It doesn't need to be pouring out.

Ok I hear something when I put my ear near the tranny, is it possible to slide the tranny back and use a magnet to pull it out, just so I can get home. I tried to pm the guy with no response... So goin over the engine there are loose bolts everywhere, but I tightened them. Now if I have to pull the tranny can I just leave the transfer case on it? Oh sorry I think its a clutch spring moving around in the tranny.

Check http://www.vfaq.com for transmission re&re.

You hear the noise as the clutch pedal is actuated?
The spring is jammed inside the clutch.
There's nothing you can do without removing the transmission.
