Tie, that is the best head shield I have seen. Makes me want to touch it. lol, although nothing beats the spark plug cover with vtech this! on it. =]

finally got my 2g talon tsi awd on the road, =)

So here's my progress so far, got my turbine housing, O2 housing, JM fab heatshield & downpipe back from the coaters. They are all done in a satin black ceramic that's supposed to be good till 2000F. I also had an internal coating (supposed to be 3 layers) done, called XMU I believe to the downpipe & O2 housing that is supposed to trap in the heat even more still. My evoIII mani was just mocked up but am waiting to finish up an egr setup before I can finish up installing parts. Hoping to have it on the road for May 1st.

They're blue LED signals. It's like 8 or 10 LED's per socket.

Come on, lay off the poor guy. Everyone has different tastes. I think it looks alright. Maybe not what I'd put on my car, but I appreciate the effort. Notice his 90 tails and 91+ front end, guys? Jeeeeez.

I've seen this car in person at Helders.

Personally, I think it looks pretty good. Only thing I really don't like about it is the front bumper and rear bumper flares out too much at the sides when you look at it from a side angle.

plus, people post pics up to get opinions. If i posted my pics up and you guys don't like it, I would want to know, and also know why it doesn't look good.

The front end reminds me of a 97+ silvia and good choice on the HKS TI carbon muffler

Awesome engine, not a big fan of the bodykits I think 1g's have a respected classic look to them, that doesn't go out of style.

I love the engine bay its like what I want under my hood. For the exhaust very nice =] I have the same muffler cept its just stainless sitting at ziggys =]

People can hate it or love it but i like it! theres not that many 1genb's that are in shows so that's why i picked it out for orginality to represent 1 gens and prove they look just as good as thge 2nd gens. I will in the future be putting on fender flares to fix that problem with the front skirt. And i will be going balls out on the motor eventually but for an overall build of two years and all the money blood sweat and tears im proud to say i own a dsm

Thanks bro, I actually have a civic 1/2 rad but the damn thing is wayyyy skinny. I don't think it has enough for my needs.

I'm good so far with the safc/maft combo + w.b.
